The second of the three windows is titled “Peace.” The resurrected Christ is located in an exalted position at the heart of the artwork with the disciples seated, kneeling, bowing or standing at his feet. This post- resurrection view takes the onlooker to the upper room where Christ startled the disciples by his sudden appearance among them. This tableau equates the peace bought by the lives of the fallen to the peace that Christ bought on Calvary and offers to humanity. Luke 24 v 36 – 38
