This perfectly balanced pair of windows has been created using a bold palette and originates from the Scottish East Coast tradition. The windows depict two miracles. In the first Jesus is seen on the shore with Simon Peter kneeling at his feet in response to the miraculous catch of fish represented by the full basket. The other disciple characterised may be either James or John. Luke 5 v 1-11 In the second window Jesus is seen receiving the loaves and fishes from the kneeling boy holding the basket, and giving thanks prior to distribution to the gathered crowd.
