Very different in style to other windows in the Centre, the artists have given an insightful view of the original congregation’s caring ministry. The centre light depicts the birth of Jesus, his crucifixion and his core call to humanity. The outer lights are made up of panels that highlight the reading of scripture, instruction of children and images from scripture that encourage care of others based on Matthew 25 v 34 - 35.

Designed by: Margaret Chilton and Marjorie Kemp, 9th March 1930

Dedicated to: “The men and women of faith who founded the church”
